Hello, world!

This is a place for musings, rants, tangents, and whatever other forms of shenaniganery my manic mind deems appropriate to dump to the web. It is, in the most simple of terms, my last feeble attempt to archive the soup that is my stream of thought in a fashion that may be at most moderately helpful and at worst vaguely amusing, for any wayward wanderer that happens to stumble past. My one and only warning is this: past attempts to do this have spectacularly failed, but I submit that this may be due to the limited scopes of those past projects and, quite frankly, my sorry excuse for an attention span and absolute lust for novelty.

So what are you, oh unsuspecting victim, likely to find here? If all goes according to plan (and it rarely does, for Murphy is the monster under my bed at night), I hope to haphazardly toss only those things that interest me at the time onto this site. In particular, I might share my hyperfixation on information security and quantum information science. Or perhaps thoughts on moral philosophy and religion. Or even better yet, I may toss in photos of my cat or a recipe for a new dish. If I'm going to be entirely honest, dear reader, I am in the dark here nearly as much as you are now.

So with that, best of luck navigating the mess. I would apologize, but would it truly make a difference?
